Singapore’s local anime magazine Rogue is holding a manga contest. There are two categories, 13-17 years old and all ages.

The winner will walk away with 1 free ticket to Japan (for each category). Yes it’s pretty pathetic but do check it out anyway if you’re into such stuff.
