So accompany my mom, I went down the National Library/Drama Centre over at Bugis on Saturday for Hossan Leong’s The Hossan Leong Show.

We arrived on the dot but already the place was almost full and we had to squeeze all the way in to our seats (sorry ’bout that).

As the SISTIC synopsis promises, a TV talk show on stage, with the unbelievable number of “A word from our sponsors” in an actual stage performance.

Nonetheless, the show does have its entertaining moments despite it being only 80 minutes.

I actually have mixed feelings, let’s see what changes over at Marvel under Disney’s reins!

I came upon this web program series a couple of days back and its hilarious! Expect exactly what the tagline says.

‘Camwhoring’ puts more teens at risk of exposure

A NATIONAL University of Singapore (NUS) undergrad has become the latest victim of an increasingly common trend: Teens and young adults who take pictures of themselves having sex or in other compromising poses, or allow others to do so.

Photographs of the undergrad having sex and in explicit poses have wound up on a United States-based website notorious for putting up pictures of naked or scantily clad women.

In this case, it is not known how the pictures were obtained, but word of them has spread quickly among Singaporeans, and online forums and blogs are now abuzz with references to them.

Singaporeans sure love their sex scandals…

Awesome show but very disappointing ending with Henry from Mr. Nice Guy to some ape-shit crazy killer out for revenge for what? His childhood girlfriend, Abby. Bah.

I saw this comment on the Harper’s Island blog and I’d really love to hear the answer to this one as well;

Harper’s island had some intersting lessons in it. It’s all about the choices we make in life. Henry could have had a wonderful life, he had lots of friends who really cared about him and a bride who loved him but instead he turned into a killer. I knew it wasn’t Danny who was the killer, he was to much of a gentleman and ended up sacrificing his life for Sha and Madison as did Sully really. The murder of Trish was really sad as she wore her wedding dress and gave her love to Henry only to be betrayed and murdered by him. I even felt kind of sorry for Wakefield when Hanry murdered him as well. You could see the shock and pain in his face when Hnry killed him. I just want to know one thing. Abby was Hanry’s half sister and he knew this. He wanted to live with her on Harper’s island. Did he love her as a sister or was it an incestous obsessive love?
