Just got home at close to 1am after work. My reason for staying late is to help my colleague (same team and same position as me), and provide moral support. We were the only ones left in the office at that time.
Will you stay late to help your team member? Even if you can’t help much workwise, but stay just to provide moral support?
I am quite exhausted from work. Continuous OT-ing beyond 9pm everyday at work, have sprouted some bright red volcanoes on my face.
Life at work would be less unenjoyable if there are more people like you. Your colleagues are lucky to have you in the company.
I think in my division, the culture is more of teamwork, instead of pointing fingers. Hence, less politics and better team spirit at work.
My colleague stay up late sometimes too, so i think I am lucky to be in my company
