I did a little research and found out that Seiyu Japan sold Seiyu Singapore to Capitaland, who in turn sold it to the Beijing Hualian Group, a China company.
And I bet you can’t figure out what BHG actually means.

BHG is so difficult to convey to friends. I think it might just affect their sales…

I got big shocked when boths salesgirl at BHG (Bugis) in handbag department dont understand English and speak English.
Luckily i got managed to find Chinese Singaporean even thou she old but at least she knows what i want.
It is so sad, i am not bias but how they managed to get job when they do not Understand English.
I told her go back your country and learn English so such embarassing stand there like a doll rag.
Thank you for stocking up a wide selection of Vitahealth products which i bought around SGD300plus yesterday afternoon at your Bugis Branch.
But what really impressed me a lot is your floor staff by the name of Noraidah Bte Husaini who responded to me immediately while noticing that in my hands were several bottles of the VitaHealth supplement by getting me a shopping basket for my shopping convenience.
Furthermore there was a much more senior chinese floor staff from the accessories i was told who shown more concern of her documents in her hands than looking into my situaton.
Noraidah even sought info from me about the supplements i bought so as to increase her knowledge for future customer queries.
Little things like this from your sales staff Noraidah is truly a value plus to your pretigious organisation not forgetting that she is always smiling and friendly towards the customer.
